North Pole City Shipping Information

This map is a general representation of the UPS ground transit times. ** Please note that this map is to estimate the number of week days required to reach your destination. Travels times do not include weekends or holidays.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving them Monday-Friday. Orders received after 1pm central time OR during the weekend or holidays will be will be processed next business day.

UPS is our choice of carrier; however they do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you must have it sent to P.O. Boxes the package will be sent by United States Postal Service. Same shipping price will apply.

In most cases you can expect your package within 2-10 business days.

$20.00 – $99.99 = $12.00
$100.00 – $174.99 = $14.00
$175.00 – 399.99 = $19.00
$400.00 & over = FREE

If you need expedite shipping we do offer Next day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3rd day select. Please contact us for more information and rates. *** Please keep in mind that if you want expedited shipping that UPS does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. For example: Your order gets shipped out next day air on Friday your package would be delivered on Monday the following business day.

Oklahoma residents will be charge 8.375% sales tax. Orders that are placed outside of Oklahoma will not be charged sale tax. If you are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or outside of the Continental U.S. please contact us for shipping charges as you will be subject to air freight or postal charges based on destination and weight.

 

Returns:

Online Returns:

Returns are allowed on current Department 56 items. However the return must be made within 10 days of receipt and must be approved before return will be accepted.

All sales are final on ALL Retired Department 56, Christopher Radko,  and any SALE item.

If a return is accepted there will be a 15% restocking fee with the exception of an exchange of item. We DO NOT refund any shipping! The returning item(s) MUST be in original packing unopened and in NEW condition.

 

In Store Returns & Exchanges:

Returns or Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of the date on the receipt. Items that are being returned must be in new/unused condition. All tags and packaging must be included. All sales are final on all Christopher Radko, Retired Department 56, Trees, Special Orders, and any discounted item.

All preorders and layaway’s are all sales final.

Any return that is excepted will be refunded with a company check, unless a debit/credit card was used to make the original purchase, then the credit will be placed back onto the same card that the original purchase was made on. If the purchase was made with a check, we must wait 10 business days before a company check can be issued. All cash transactions will be issued with a store credit or company check. We do not give cash back.

There will be NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES after DECEMBER 10TH

 

International Shipping:

All shipping outside of the US will be sent by UPS. We charge their exact stamp and insurance charges. Orders will be processed and shipped within 48 business hours. Packages should be received within 10-15 business days. However, we cannot control the high volume of packages that goes through customs and this may delay your package further.

 

Packaging:

We do our best to provide you with outstanding service. We try keep the cost of shipping down by reusing boxes and packing materials that get sent to us.
